01 · Municipalities
With municipalities
With municipalities we run low-cost pilot interventions in public space — a stranded shrine, a bin corner, a leftover edge — on a transparent budget with a measured before and after. The municipality provides the site and the permissions; we choose, design, build and document, so a modest budget turns into a result residents can actually see and use.
02 · Private companies
With private companies
With private companies a collaboration can be sponsoring a corner near their premises, or funding a pilot as part of a community or sustainability programme. In return they back an honest, buildable project — not a render — and get a clear, documented story of exactly what their support changed on the ground.
03 · NGOs
With NGOs
With NGOs and neighbourhood associations the work can be choosing the places that matter most to a community, bringing residents into the design, and making sure the finished space keeps being used and cared for long after we leave. The people who live with a place help decide what it becomes.
04 · International organizations
With international organizations
With international and inter-governmental bodies a collaboration can be funding, knowledge exchange, or replicating the method across cities and countries — keeping the same principle everywhere it travels: small, honest, human-first, and built for real rather than left as an image.
